TYPES OF MEMBERSHIPS
Attending Memberships - Includes all four days of the convention,
convention publications, and the right to make nominations for the World
Fantasy Awards (nominating ballots will be in PR2). Membership does not include
the Awards Banquet, tickets for which must be purchased separately. Information
on the Banquet will be posted once we have a firm price.
Supporting Memberships - Includes convention publications
and the right to make nominations for the World Fantasy Awards, but not admission
to the convention.
There will be no one-day memberships.
RATES
Attending Memberships
$125 - through October 31, 2010
$150 - November 1, 2010 through March 31, 2011

MEMBERSHIP CAP
We have a firm cap of 850 attending
members, which cannot be changed. Therefore, it is recommended that you purchase
your memberships early.

CHECKING ON REGISTRATIONS
You can check if your membership has been received by consulting the membership
list, which we will try to keep as up-to-date as possible. Please remember
that nothing is instantaneous and that memberships sent by mail will take longer
to receive and post.
REGISTRATION TRANSFERS
Memberships may be transferred to another person by contacting registrar
[at] wfc2011.org or sending a letter to the address on the registration
form. A letter from the transferer to the transferee may also be brought
to the convention. However, we strongly suggest that people do membership
transfers in advance to save time at the convention. Transfers processed
at the door are likely to be subject to delays.
