You must reserve a party suite through Party Coordinator Anastasia Hunter at parties@wfc2011.org.  Please be aware that parties so booked must be open to the entire convention membership.  Please request your suite as soon as possible so that we can make sure we have a room for you.

Private parties cannot be booked into convention suites.  If you plan to hold a party in your room, you will be subject to Hotel Security guidelines.  WFC 2011 cannot run interference with Hotel Security.
